Pirate´s treasure photo
During production process, there is always some % of defective products. Same situation is in jewelry production.
Our defective % is less then 1%, what is acceptable, according our opinion. During QC defective products are put aside and once a few weeks, we recasting them into new products.
Low cost stones (artificial stone, zirconia, synthetic pearls, etc.) are burned during process and high value stones (gems, diamonds...) are manually take out before the process.
So once a time, we are recasting the pile of jewelry as in the photo. I am calling it "pirate´s treasure" - it looks like pirates treasure from fairy tales
The piles are quite big (coin in forward is 10 eurocent, so you can guess size).
