Is it okay to cancel trial.

Hi, recently I've had some spare time to begin working on an affiliate and niche marketing online business. I have take vendors up on their offers of 3 or 7 day trials and I have canceled if I am not interested. I do not download their info (steal their work). However, I've been getting billed from some of the vendors anyway and then have to request refund. I was just told by a vendor that my Clickbank acct might be closed for asking for refunds. They went on to say they don't have an "instant cancel" button and I knew the 3 days were coming." However, I clearly canceled on time.

Is it assumed that if you take a trial, you will be purchasing? I thought a trial was a trial and then you could make a choice. I agree that "serial refunders" must be a problem, especially when they keep material they don't pay for, but I do not do that. I get a lot oftrial offers and some of them I do try, and yes sometimes I forget to cancel before the last day, but rarely.

I'm just wondering if I am misunderstanding this whole trial offer thing. I don't like being accused, or an implication being made that I am ripping someone off. I don't like someone threatening that my ClickBank acct will be closed if I refund a product that was canceled on time. I have'net had this problem with a vendor before but if I am breaking some unwritten sales rule I'd like to know. If anyone wants to comment, I'd be glad to hear from them.

when you are using a trail version of any software, you can cancel if you didn't like that you'll not get charge for full version after expiring the trail period. but you have to submit a small feedback for this process or may be not.
