Excel expert needed for filter help!

I am sorting a long list of phrases (no more than 1 - 3 word phrases per line) that appear in a single column on an Excel doc.

I use the Text Filter Tool to filter the list using the 'contains' filter. For example, 'san diego'.

I have about 18 terms that I need to filter the column of text for and up to now I've been doing this by filtering the list word at a time and it is VERY time consuming.

In some cases I can use the 'Contains' Filter with the 'and' and 'or' option but this still taking very long time - and I have to do this everyday.

So, is there a tool/widget that allows me to input all 18 words and filter the entire column to show only the phrases that contain those target words?

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!
