Like you, it took me ages to finally follow Tiff's advice and get on the forum. This was only the third forum I had ever joined in my entire life!

Turned out it was the best thing I ever did - apart from in the first place buying (and most importantly, USING) Tiff's training materials.

Welcome to the WF. I have been following Tiff (and buying her products) for a while now. Her teaching is awesome.

As another Baby Boomer it is great to see so many others beginning to stand up to be counted rather than lurk in the shadows (as I often tend to do).

Very few of us ever got involved with computers during our formative years. Heck, they didn't even have computers during those years, in fact I was already 25 years old before TV arrived in my country.

Everything I have learned to date has been pretty much self taught or learned with the help of caring members here in the WF. In fact it was only sometime during 2003 that I discovered for the first time that it was possible to have ones own website (didn't know you could actually earn money from it) and only in 2007 before I found my way here.

There has been a lot of stumbling and fumbling in the dark but thanks to several people, your daughter amongst them, I am finally beginning to see the light.

But remember, as a beginner, don't worry if you can't do everything everyday because you don't want to get burned out. And face it, we are human and things do happen so if you don't get it right now it will be waiting for you later.

Tiffany has told me about this site for years and how much it's helped her to build her business.

I'm joining you guys because now is the time for me to learn about the marketing business and develop something I can be proud of and that will enhance my future.

It's pretty intimidating to join you guys -- such professionals! So, be gentle with me for now.

So far, I've been ghostwriting for some of Tiffany's former clients. I do have one site in the cooking niche that Tiff and Craig Desorcy set up for me and that I've neglected pitifully. Procrastination has been my downfall.

I look forward to learning from you and hopefully, eventually being able to give back and help other warriors.

So -- here's hoping for the best -- for all of us in 2011!

If you can be brave and introduce yourself in this forum, I can at least stop lurking for a moment and come out of the shadows and do the same. Welcome, Beverly. I saw your video on Tiffany's blog.

We don't always know what the future holds or the road we'll be taking to get there. You had no idea your life road would lead you here and building your own online business, I'm sure. It takes some bold action to step out of your comfort zone, but I think you'll find some aspects of IM very encouraging and invigorating (I don't like to use the word 'addicting').

The WF is a pretty big support group. With Tiffany holding your hand through most of it though, you're already a sure success.

I am an oldie - 66 years old actually and I have thrown myself into the new technology. I must admit my knowledge is more in marketing and I an an author - but by teaming up with my hubby, Peter, we have been able to produce some really spiffy stuff...we taped some audio this morning and we are putting it over some mindmaps to put on You Tube and in some product, right now. It still amazes me that we are able to do this. So I look forward to hearing of some of your achievements Beverly.

I am also new to WF and quite nervous as you are. I just viewed your video with Tiffany. You story is so inspring and I wish you all the luck in your new endeavor.

I have always been a big fan of Tiffany and I never fail to read her emails and blog posts. She is such an inspiration to me. In fact I joined WF because of her. I must say you have every right to be proud of her as she has been helping a lot of people to succeed.

I will surely follow your journey with her on your new endeavor and hope I can get some pointers there too. Good luck!

Hi Beverly, just got through watching you on Tiffany's vlog and when I got here had to go through two full welcoming pages! That must really make you feel good

You sound like you could do quite well on your own so with Tiff's help you are practically guaranteed success! She is not only good at what she does, she earns a lot of respect for her passion and commitment to good practices.

How incredibly amazing!
You guys -- I'm blown away by the response.
I have this strong resolve from all this to not let you down. I hope I never do.
I know that much of the response has to do with my daughter, Tiffany (my rae of sunshine), but that reflects back on me too, doesn't it?
Gonna look at other areas of the WF today and see what I can learn. Who knows -- maybe I can comment on something and ya'll can learn something from me!
