Hello, Noobie warrior in the process of setting up a web design and development agency

Just saying a quick hello, been reading this forum a little bit and learning a lot, so just popping a hello and hope to contribute what I know to the forums.
We're on the path to set up an agency here in Cairns Australia, been a long road so far and haven't tried to hard to pick up customers yet
Very competitive industry so we like to be as prepared as we can.
