Is ProSender blatantly copying aweber? - Is this legal to do?

So I'm kind of confused here. I stumbled across this, prosender autoresponder program by Mike Filsame.

I can't help but notice the blatant similarities between Aweber and ProSender, just have a look at the landing pages.

Does anybody use ProSender and can tell me how it's any different from Aweber? It looks like the exact same...well everything really.

Are they working together now or something like that? I can't see how this prosender isn't a near exact replication of Aweber.

Aweber landing page...
Email Marketing Software, Email Marketing Newsletters & Autoresponders by AWeber

Prosender landing page...
Email Marketing: Home

Look at the pricing...SAME

Features...EXACT SAME

Support page...SAME

Blog page...SAME

So far I'm quite surprised at what I'm looking at here...

    Hi Adam,

Aweber = Prosender = Profollow and etc. etc. They all are Aweber. Prosender & Profollow is the Aweber itself.

Those are private label versions of aweber. So yeah they are blatantly copying aweber..in fact aweber doesn't even mind :-)

That's actually called a white label version. They pay a fair amount to Aweber to market the service and keep some portion of the monthly payments. Different from an affiliate set-up, in some important ways, but it's quite legit.
