Spam... is it from Warriors?

I've been a member here for years... not very active... But this month, January - I made 3 WSO purchases... And now my inbox is getting Flooded with SPAM!

A lot, not all of them, are coming from http://crestlesswave.com/ - Nothing there - and the unsubscribe links do not work!

I have no way to prove this came from the WSO warriors... but the timing is rather suspect!

That's probably what it was. Your name was added to a list when you got the WSO, and someone probably sold that list.

It probably was. I have had the same experience and NEVER will buy another WSO from anyone that I don't know well enough to trust that my email won't be sold or used for other purposes not explicitly stated in the WSO.

Just because someone is a Warrior doesn't automatically make them honest. Anyone can buy their way in here.

There's no way to know if it came from one of those transactions or not. The odds are that it was only one, if any, who sold or is misusing your address.

That doesn't help, I'm sure, but it's true.

Same thing happened to me. I have been using an email address for nearly 3 years and not a hint of spam. Bought a couple WSOs in the last few months and now I apparently need a stronger erection and more hair. Oh and a wrist watch.

Or they just perused the forum and found the multiple times you gave out your address.

Actually Caleb, the email address that is being spammed is the address I used to sign up for the Warrior Forum. And I have used that address when making a few purchases.

The email I have posted publically is NOT my main email address. It is an email address I use specifically to sign up for things initially or when I want to publically give out contact info. I couldn't care less about spam at that email address.

I've had this email address for several years ... Spam Free! I guess I believed that people in here would not sell our email address! So.... Poof there goes that fantasy!

Thanks to you all for replying to me.

    LOL @ this question.

Of course its from IM'ers. Too many IM'ers are still stuck in the dark ages of marketing.
I don't ever buy into that free e-book with email crap. Most of the e-books are redone PLR anyway...

I'm writing up Two E-books now. Both with original content. One for $10. The other for free. No Email required for download. Just Free.

$3000 bucks says they both will make more money than most IM'er spam crap.

Oh Ok... It was a theory I had about spam attacks, and I wanted to see whether it held true for you.

That is the most horrible thing to do to your customers, selling e-mails is horrible.

    I would never do that.
