Redfoot Tortoise
Anyone here have any experience in having a redfoot tortoise as a pet? My youngest son (9) has become extremely obsessed with getting one of these and has been doing all of the necessary work that I've asked of him - such as researching how to care for one, what we need to feed it, supplies we need to buy, how expensive they are, etc.
I'd love to hear from people that have had one to see how they do as pets and if there are any "gotchas" that we might not have found in our research so far.
