This is all on the owner of the cat. Yes, OWNER.

I wonder if the owner also claimed the cat as a dependent on their taxes.

Maybe they think of their cat as being a purr-son.

    (Someone had to do it).

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.

If I ever got a jury summons for Dumbass, I'd just take him in and let him serve. By the time they were done, the sentence would be, "A week in a closed room with Paul's cat!"

You have a cat named Dumbass? That's funny because my wife's cat is named Razz, but I call it dumb-at, which is a polite way of saying dumb ass when the grandkids are around.

It must be interesting to watch how many people will turn their heads when calling for your cat.

That's part of the joke. Happens all the time.

The best was one time this summer when my parents and one brother and my sister came down for a cookout. I called the cat and my brother turned around. I said, "Not you, Dan, the other dumbass."

Not a half-hour later, the same thing happened with my Dad. My Mom roared laughing.

        Dennis,
You have a cat named Dumbass?
Yep. And like any pet I've ever had, he's spoiled rotten. I'm much more a dog person, but cats seem to like me, too.

My last cat was named Stupid, but I called her Blue, because she loved Billie Holiday.

One friend has a cat named Razz, who's a mild-mannered moose. We're happy he's mellow, because she couldn't handle a cat that big with an attitude.

A good friend in Buffalo, who I met 35 years ago, has a cat he calls Razz. Its full name is Rasputin. Aptly monikered, too. Cross that cat's path and he'll do his best to make most people bleed. I like him.

I use to have two black labs. One was named Boo and the other Bee. You can imagine what it sounded like calling them. (Ladies, I was only 18 at the time and easily amused. I'm still easily amused, but now that I'm 19 I know better. Yeah, that's it. That white in my beard is from the dog shedding. You buying that?)

Our dog is spoiled rotten, that's for sure. The cat, not so much. She was a stray that turned up on our deck one night in a freezing rain so I brought her in. I'm allergic to cats so I planned on giving her away but my wife wanted to keep her. Funny thing is, I'm not allergic to this cat. She pretty much keeps to herself though, not very people friendly. Not a good mouser either. Kind of useless old thing but my wife likes her.
