Talking Dogs: How Embarrassing

I was just watching some Chinese New Years on a Chinese language channel. It featured a range of performances, including spectacular acrobatic performances. Then, in truly red-face-inducing fashion, there was a comedy skit with a bunch of foreigners (mostly European background types) speaking very repetitive and labored Mandarin. The equivalent would be Chinese people on stage speaking labored English, expecting the audience to be wowed by the very fact that they speak any English at all. Wow wee. OK, if it was talking dogs, I'd be wowed if they spoke English or any other human language, by the very fact that they're speaking it at all, but not people. Wow, I don't get embarrassed much anymore, but I'm still feeling embarrassed by that.

    Ooops... Sorry...

Every time I see her, I keep looking for her Adam's Apple...

Here is the one I was talking about, "Brian Griffin"...
