I recently discovered we had a new doormat outside the front door. Not paying any particular attention to it, I progressively asked each family member if they placed it there, only to be told no on each occassion.............until I finally asked Jesse, my German Shepherd. She just gave me a very sneaky look she saves for certain occassions that makes you think she got away with something.

So I went outside and looked more closely at the mat.

Very cool! Tell Jesse that Guinness my Kelpie wants to know where she picked it up. No reason, he said, just curious....

My Gracie said "get one now" - but she wants hers to say "bone in".

Please do not 'release balloons' for celebrations. The balloons and trailing ribbons entangle birds and kill wildlife and livestock that think the balloons are food.

Ricky is very concerned about you Ron. He says it's not easy for rescues out there right now and he just hates to think of you sitting under a bush waiting for someone nice to feed you when your kid decides to drop you off somewhere. He thinks you should go get her the steak....uh....wait a minute...

And a chicken and some bacon.

    I better go. I think Ricky's hungry.

What a coincidence...I went to the zoo yesterday and a grizzly had the exact same sign...Except he was demanding a 70 pound dog.

Now that is a dog with attitude!!!

Ron I remember when I first put on photos of my puppy that you thought he looked good and would make a nice partner for your dog. Well I don't know that I can allow that now, I have 3 kids with attitude, I don't need a doggy girlfriend with attitude

(I'm assuming your dog is a girl)

Although Griffin says he doesn't mind the attitude as long as she shares the rib roast
