On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt and then hit the down arrow key. This will turn your screen upside-down. The only way to get it right side up again is by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Arrow Up.
I challenge you to do your work for 10 minutes with your screen upside down. The work must be done using your mouse.
