Trustable Place to Donate for Japan?

Hey Guys,

I have never done any donation online however i want to pay my part of duty as a global citizen, to Japan Tsunami victims. It is again hit by fresh earthquake (1hr before i am posting this thread).

Can you please direct me to the website where i can pay via paypal or credit card, directly for Japan victims?

It would be helpful.

Red Cross is probably the most well recognised charity.

American Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders

I personally prefer the latter, but that's a purely philosophical thing. Both organizations are trusted and effective. There are many others, but those are the ones most people will gravitate to.

Its really bad happened in Japan. It will take time now to recover all the things there. This incident has put Japan 20 years back. Moreover many people has lost their life in this incident which indeed is a great personal loss for the country.

  I don't think so. Japan will fix itself up quickly. Meeting up with the challenges of earthquakes, tsunamis and rebuilding is ingrained in the Japanese culture.
