To all my friends of Irish decent - enjoy the day.


I have a line on a Irish restaurant about 15 minutes away...

...and, I'll be sure to go pickup and then immensely enjoy some corned beef and cabbage for lunch and dinner. ( my kid wants to try it for the first time )

BTW, are you the folks that invented corned beef??? ( It's wonderful!! )

My mother used to make it about 3-4 times a year and I loved it.

Now the only time I have it is on this special day.

also...

I simply can not forget all the great St. Patrick's Day parties I went to with former co-workers - they were a real blast.
