Facebook - iFRAME APP

Can anyone give me some advice on how to install the new iframe app on facebook ?

I have never had a fan page and when I go to install the app, it comes up with the message

"You do not admin any pages for which this application can be installed"

Although I have a facebook profile, I don't bother with it much. So I am trying to catch up with the times

Any help would be much appreciated

    Assuming you have your app already created, you need to create a page for your app to be installed on.

    Use this link Discover Facebook Pages | Facebook and click the button "create page".

    Once your page is set-up, go back to the app page and click "install on page".

    The app will appear on your page as a tab underneath the profile pic - you can edit the settings to make it the default landing tab if you want.
