Ok so the news hit me waaay late.
I thought this was recent, but checking online news sources, I see that Gadaddy went up for sale in September or so.

Ok, so why no buyers?
They posted like 8-900 million revenue in 2009.

Asking price too high (1 billion)?

Odd, they haven't sold yet.

Wow I didnt know that but they should be able to be sold for big money. They are probably one of the biggest domain registrar. Their price tag might be too high, 1 billion?

They got big for TWO reasons!

      1. DIRT CHEAP!
      2. uo0sells from tired/misled customers.

If *I* were buying it, I would not care ONE BIT if it were the largest.

BTW it is ALSO one of the very first, and possibly THE first, second tier registrars!
