How To Do This On Skype?

I need this question answered. If I want to do a phone call to the US, I purchase Skype credits and, then, what? Do I need headsets, some special equipment or can I use my phone?

I hope I just can connect my phone into my pc but I gues that requires some special equipment, doesn't it?

    If you have a microphone and speakers on your computer you should be able to make it work without anything else. A head set is nicer though.
    I use a head set with google voice and make free phone calls in the US but I am a US resident. I think Skype works about the same.

    What kind of computer are you using most laptops have the mics and cameras built in so you don't need anything but I agree headphones are nicer.
