5 Reasons Why I Should Not Learn Korean Language For Now

This morning after I ate breakfast, my parents suggested that me and my sister must learn Korean language twice a week for 1 1/2 hour per session, but it's free to learn. This makes me feel stupid because of the way they forced me to learn. Why? Coz' they think learning Korean language would give me a brighter "old school" future to be a Korean teacher?

Learning Korean is not bad in order to interact with other Korean foreigners here, but for me it's not yet the right time due to my focus on making money for myself. They really don't know that Korean can be easily learned in the internet, but still they insist me and my sis to learn Korean even if it's free.

Here are the five reasons why I should not learn Korean language for now:

#1. Ruins my daily schedule and a waste of time. I had my big time client (although not stable but long term and big time work), so there's always a specific date to catch up to submit the report. Not only I had a big time client, I'm an investor and an internet marketer who experiments a lot of ways to be successful in this world.

#2. All IMers are learning to speak fluent English, not Korean. Do you think internet marketers need to learn Korean? Hell no! Most IMers right now are learning to speak English, God damn it! They mostly hire English speakers to write articles for them, not Korean letters like the basic Hangun! Even Koreans here came in the Philippines to learn English. Learning Korean is only for those who are watching Korean TV shows!

#3. Losing focus and determination. If I did enrolled here, my focus on IM would be lesser. They expected that I should study instead of making money online. What?

#4. No ROI and no future. After I complete this course, what do I get? I only learned, no return on investment and no future. If I would enroll to a cheap internet marketing or legitimate making money online course here in our area, I would LOVE to!

#5. Little to no market at all. This is the key! CPA and affiliate marketers are targeting more customers and leads on USA, UK, Canada and Australia. Korea? I don't think so! Did you see any Clickbank sales letters and products in Korean language? Nah!

Guys if you wanna learn Korean language, make sure you have the interest...not like me. Same thing as the other languages, even the basic sign language that I did learned a few years ago..but now already forgotten so many signs!

Don't waste your time and money to a course that is not for you, even if it's free.

  • OK, now to balance it out, what are 5 Reasons Why You SHOULD Learn Korean Language Right Now?

I've come to believe the mind is like the body. If you exercise certain regions of it, it will have advantageous overlaps into other areas. This is true with languages. Languages are an interpretation of reality and can untap new territories unforeseen.

Do you think that by becoming a clone of other Internet marketers out there, and imposing restrictions on your mind, you're putting yourself at an advantage? How do you beat a world chess champion? Answer: You don't...unless you change the game and reinvent the rules.

Look at UFC champions. Did they win by fighting the way everyone else fights? Or did they win by adding new elements to their game?
  • However i don't have any plan for learning Korean language now and maybe later, but i think learning it is better than nothing. Why do you insist on not learning it? Its not as useless as you said IMO.

    • Yes you are right buddy, If you get something free of cost it doesn't mean you should go for it, remember Time is the most precious thing you shouldn't waste it upon it, i won't say learning korean is not good but i don't think so it's the right time for it when it comes there is no harm in learning it, and all of your 5 reasons are reasonable..
