The Arcade Fire is a great little indie band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada who got their start in Exeter, New Hampshire, but did really have a steady line-up until some time in 2004. Shortly after the band line-up was finalized they released their first album Funeral which has won tremendous critical acclaim. In 2007 they released their second album Neon Bible, which has also gone on to much critical acclaim.

Neon Bible performed live in an elevator:

They don't look comfortable.

    Way cool.

They remind me a little of The Art of Noise.

    The video is beautiful (#2).

    Thanks!

        Hey,

As a long time AF fan, I salute you!

Seen them live 3 times, better each time.

If you haven't checked out their 7 track debut EP, do it.

It's worth it for the last 3 minutes of "Vampire/Forest Fire" alone.

It also has the first recording of "No Cars Go"

        Simply awesome

        Best regards,
        Steve

Woo! Finally someone says something more than, hey I like this song, or it sucks! I'm glad I found another Arcade Fire Fan. I have yet to see them in concert, but when they get close to me I will definitely be seeking tickets. I do have their 7" and that is really what got me interested in the band. I picked it up at a local record shop for $6, and I have to say that it has been woth every penny I spen on it and themn some.
