What do you think is the worst car ever?

My vote goes to the Toyota Prius. Yes, really. Not because its some horrible eco box, but because of the dramatic irony that surrounds it. Since the Prius uses nickel batteries, the nickel has to be mined, and that is ridiculously damaging to the environment, but more of that in a sec.

      Years ago Pontiac had a car they called the Pontiac 6000. It was a boxy 4 door sedan. It was a POS.

      In the movie Robocop they used a similar GM car in a lot of the scenes and on the back of the car they prominently displayed the 6000 SUX model emblem.

      Hyundai - biggest POS I ever owned. Lots of problems from the get go and all were expensive to fix. Did I trade the car when the back wheel came off and passed me on the road? nope - I crushed it when it next burned through a piston and started throwing smoke and oil.

      And Soccer - sorry, but the 2 dealers I delt with were horrible. I will never ever own another Hyundai.

    Had a Chevy Chevette once. At one time or another just about everything I touched came off in my hand. Shifter, door handle, radio knobs....etc.

      I like to drive cars. It is my hobby. Every coin has two side so some are really beautiful and some are worst for me. My worst car is Matiz car. It is not convenient for me. It has not good mileage.

      First brand new car I ever bought was a chevette. Traded it in 2 years later for a S10
      On the other hand my mother owned a Chevette that she swore would be her last car (and it was). I was driving it one day and the passenger floor burst into flames. Seems the floor rusted through and the carpet was sitting on the exhaust pipe
      Still I'd put the Chevette second and go with a Ford Escort for the worse.
