Best PocketPC for IM?

Since I am working a full time job now, I don't get as much time to spend on my IM stuff as I did before.

I'd like to be able to quickly access all of the admin panels of my sites, forums, e-mails, use tools such as Thunderbird, possibly some backlinking tools and run DosBox as well, along with other windows supported programs.

Basically I need a powerful phone that would be as close to Windows as possible. I'm not interested in Apple products because of the many restrictions. Is there even a phone like that available now or will I have to wait for a few years?

    I believe there are many dual-core mobile phones coming out later this year, which will obviously allow the consumer to use more powerful applications. The Motorola ATRIX seems the first of the bunch.

    I would personally wait untill around Xmas if you are looking to buy one of these super smart phones, the bigger brands will likely be available by then.
