Requirements To Post Links for Sale

Good morning guys. As the title says, is there any requirements before i can post blogrolls,blogpost and links for sale on this site.

    Read the rules in the stickies at the top of each section of the forum.

    If you have questions - ask them AFTER reading the rules. Doing what you proposed will make you a short term member.

    Also if you have a link to the page on rules covering my question, please do post for me.
    I have gone through FAQs, forum rules thread and the sticky on Top and maybe i might have missed it but i have not found anything on it.
