$19200 from one site that is maybe automatic isn't anything to sneeze at, why do you want to sell it? With normal business practices, people won't want to spend more than $57,600. It may require unique effort, or be dated, etc... and that would lower the value. And if the hacks or tutorials are illegal or really BlueFart or incur liability, it would lower the value even more.

Also, in this economy, the value is likely to be even lower.

Yea the revenue is fine in all, but i neglect the site as it is. if i continue to do so the site will be worthless. i would only want 2 months of revenue for the sale.

A site that make $1600 a month and you only want 2 months revenue for the sale, you can get much more than that for your site, list it on flippa and see where it goes.

What if you sold it on Flippa? Maybe you could get more.

It all depends what you want. Since you don't sound like you are desperately needing cash right now and are no longer interested in the asset I would:

    1) Sell it on Flippa - looking to get 8-10X revenue
or 2) Get a VA for a few hours a week and put them to work on maintaining it.

I am not a big fan of selling assets (things that make me money) and a small investment of a VA could add multiples in revenue going forward.

    Hope that helps!
