Can You Put an Electric Shock Collar on a Humans?

    I think any human who thinks of putting a shock collar on an animal should first be required to try it on himself.

    I copy/pasted the address you posted. I realize the folks in the video think it's funny and it is. Until you realize a dog can't pull it away from his neck...or take it off. Doesn't look too comfortable, does it? I know a few people I'd like to do that to - but wouldn't use it on any animal.
