Any curry. But I am lucky enough to live where it is very cheap to eat out! So someone else usually cooks for me.

I can cook anything I set my mind to. I LOVE cooking. My best dish would have to be pumpkin cheesecake. I love making cheesecakes... and one year for Thanksgiving I decided to make a pumpkin swirl cheesecake and everyone loved it. Now every year I bring one to go right next to the pumpkin pies!

When my wife was alive it was mandatory that I made a different flavor cheesecake for each of the in-laws for Christmas.
My personal favorite is a German cheesecake made with cottage cheese.

My new thing is making different flavored mini cheesecakes and letting everyone pick their flavor before they go in the oven. The kids especially love it because I let them pick oreo cheesecake.

Low and slow 12+ hour beef brisket on the smoker.

It must be food of the gods, as I can hear angels sing when I slice into it after its 2 hour rest.

TV Dinners or frozen pizzas are my specialty. I dabble a bit with boiling noodles and then adding sauce from a jar but that's for fancy dinners.

I'm not sure how good I am, but people compliment my cooking, be it out of sincerity or politeness. Some of the dishes I cook:

-- chili fried chicken with bamboo shoots, almonds, ginger, and garlic
    -- steamed sticky rice buns
-- Guizhou style tangy fish soup
    -- spicy wonton
    -- mole poblano
-- spaghetti with fresh vegetable and tomato sauce.
    -- baked stuffed peppers
-- baked chicken with yogurt garlic sauce.
    -- scalloped potatoes

    Project HERE.
