I am wondering if those in the Internet marketing Industry still have time to go online when you are at home with your young kids? I am struggling to go online with them around. Like to hear some tips from other parents with kids under 5 and still managed to market your site effectively...

    Hi

I have a 4 and 2 years old. My solution is not a good one, but it works.
I work after they go to bed and make sure I get all done these few
hours and then try to work it all off while they are at daycare.

But I have the kids 2 out of 4 weeks every month. So that works.

I either work when he is sleeping or in the evenings. To be honest I prefer working in the evenings anyway - I much better at it..and I get to spend all day with my 1 year old and boyfriend

        I have four kids - ages 15, 12, 10 and 4.

        I also homeschool.

If you are passionate about what you are doing, you will find the time to do it. I have a lot of late nights, but I am a night owl and it is worth it to me.

We have a 2 year old and 4 year old. My regular work schedule is kinda weird but it gives me 1 or 2 days to do IM stuff while they are at daycare. Otherwise, I might be able to sneak an hour while they're napping.

    Well,

Been working around two rowdy boys for a while now. Mine are almost 4 (Jan 24th) and 7 years old. What I have been doing is working mostly nights when everyone else in the house gets all that good sleep that I don't.

I can do a quick jump on the PC while the boys are occupied in the tub, or with a good project. (mostly to check the mail.)

I too homeschool, so day hours are scarce. I do get some time when the hubby comes home from work for instance - he and the kids cook while I work, or he has taken them to "the other house" to work (which is now "gone time" because we have finally moved) - but anytime I can jump on the PC while the kids are "occupied" I take the chance.

Even if I just check email or get through a quick catch up in Skype - it's better than nothing. Other than that however... I just lose sleep!

    Thanks!

I am a work at home mom of 4. Out of 4 kids, 2 are under 5. I get the most work done when they are asleep! I do work when they are awake with many distractions.
