Big problem not With Hosting But with Ownership

Hii ........i am redesigning a website but the old domain where it was register not giving any Permission and FTP details so i have decided to register and new domain with different TLd (.in) before it was (.net) but old domian Page Rank and Serp are still doing good...now what is the problem if i redirect a domian with 301 i have to put htaccess file in Old domain Root folder but no permission

so can anyone solve and suggest me what i do..........i want to save SERP Ranking and Domain page Rank

    Why do you care about what the SERP and page rank are? Logically, I would expect it to DROP in real terms going from an international NET domain to a COUNTRY INdia domain?

    Even if you had the SAME rank on the engine, the scope is DECLARED to be, and should be, local.

    Most of what you said doesn't make sense, so I can't answer that.
