        Doing regular exercise is good for human body. It will makes the body healthy and fit. Mine favorite exercise are Yoga and Meditation. These both the are natural exercise. There are many benefits of doing Yoga and Meditation, but here some benefits are: Improve immune system, Focus on present, Reduce stress, Lower blood pressure, Better blood circulation and Control cholesterol level.

    Exercise is very beneficial to health. My favourite exercise is walking. IN walking all parts of body get movements. I do it 30 to 45 minutes. Morning walk is good for health because there is more oxygen in atmosphere and that is good for health. Walking is best exercise ever.

    My trainer makes me go through circuit training and everyday it's a different routine. He keeps changing the routine which doesn't bring any boredom in the exercise and also gives good result. My circuit training consists of cardio, weight training and some yoga. I like working on my shoulders (weights) and doing skipping (cardio).

    If it's not fun I won't stick to it so I prefer to do things like swim, walk nature trails, walk at amusement parks, water parks, roller skating, etc. Working out at a gym just never lasts long for me. I find it boring.

    I'm getting up there in age so I do a lot of short term exercising like:

    I never use elevators when climbing or descending less that ten flights of stairs.

    When I shop I always park at the back of the parking lot. That also saves your paint job.

    I do a stretching routine each day that only takes about 5 minutes but makes my back feel thirty years younger and keeps headaches at bay.

    I do some form of vigorous exorcise at least 20 minutes, at least three times per week. (Usually walking a treadmill or swimming)

    That routine keeps me feeling thirty when I'm actually sixty so I'm happy. I consider that a bare minimum because when I go more than four days with no vigorous exercise I start feeling about 90. Yes, feeling good in your golden years takes some effort but it's well worth it.

    Lifting weigths make sme too bulky...I go to a circuit training guy on Monday night and we do all kinds fo different exercises for 1 hour. Big group. Little things like jumping Jacks, squats, skipping when under pressure to do it fast for 2+ minutes it's a killer. try and jump,run.skip for 2 minutes.....:-)

    #1 BJJ and I just bought a surfboard so soon it will be surfing for #2 but at the moment I still trying to get on it! I love to walk in the mountains too but I don't do enough of it.. and I would like to do some Yoga as I hear it really compliments the BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).

Climbing hills and mountains and climbing down into canyons, carrying a backpack full of stones back to the rig.......now that's entertainment that will buff you like nothing else.     I love working out. Beachbody products work the best for me. I have done p90x, Insanity and Insanity Asylum. Really good workout guys and I have lost over 50 pounds with these programs. Anyways, Jillian Michaels is also good.

      Yes, dancing is one of my favorite exercises too, I keep forgetting that could be considered an exercise because I enjoy it. You don't normally think of exercise as fun, maybe that's why I keep overlooking it. I like to put on James Brown, Michael Jackson or Beyonce and get my groove on!

    I've just bought a suspension trainer and rows are awesome.

    I've been out of heavy barbell training for 2 years though just recently got back into the swing of it.

    Squats are awesome, though I'm miles from my old 185kg personal record!

        Squats are a great exercise. They are by no means a "leg exercise" since the movement works the entire body: posterior chain (hams, glutes lower back) and the midsection considerably if you work with a bar on your back. The hormonal response is awesome too. Squats keep me feeling alive. I do Bulgarian bodyweight squats (single leg) too for sets of 10.

        Couple of pics I was meant to post earlier but my server was dead. 185kg 2" solid steel thickbar Squat and 110kg Olympic Bar One Hand Deadlift personal records.

        Also my record brick press. Works the chest nicely in an unconventional way!

            The bricks are about 1.8kg a peice.

            About 30kg Total.

            The weight isn't too much of a factor. It's the pressure required to drive the bricks inwards to keep them together which makes it challenging.

      Congrats on your weight loss. Other than kicking drugs and stopping smoking, losing weight has to be one of the toughest things to do. Especially 50 pounds. So, what was your diet or meal plan while you were running and losing 50 pounds? Thanks for sharing that.

    Exercise? Who has time for doing that stuff? I got trucks to fix, an online marketing service to run, a house to rebuild, and a business to run; not to mention that I dine out every night of the week.
