Seriously, were you really expecting much response? The Cricket World Cup barely received a mention and that was watched by billions.

Actually, although I played rugby at school, I prefer watching American Football.

I always thought it was significant international sporting event.

I will be there, and I somehow doubt i will be alone.

Look at the entries you may be surprised, recognise a name or two

I think it is a worthy inclusion on these pages considering some of the topics.

Rugby World Cup will played from 9th Sep. to 23rd Oct. 2011 in New Zealand. So many countries are participated in that mega event. There are so many contendors are favourite for wining the title. But in my personal favourites are host New Zealand and Australia.

I'd love to think you're right about England, naturally...but I'm not confident after the Argentina game, maybe we shouldn't wear black :rolleyes:.

The Kiwi's, Boks and the Aussies always look game for it.

England have a good track record in the last two though.

Best game i have seen All Blacks versus Tonga, good game to watch but the crowd was superb and the opening ceremony was great

Allan had two of the best tickets for the Rugby World Cup Final. As he sits down, another man comes along and asks if anyone is sitting in the seat next to him.

“No”, he says, “the seat is empty.”

“This is incredible!” said the man, “who in their right mind would have a seat like this for the Rugby Cup Final, the biggest sporting event of the rugby world and not use it?”
