Thanked for Posts in Depth

Hello all,

I didn't know where else to post this, and didn't want to get scalded anymore tonight, so I thought this was a safe place. Is there a way to see which posts you were thanked for without going back through every response of yours to check? Or who did it?

It'd be nice to know what people consider helpful, so I thought I'd ask so that I can improve myself in that respect.

As always, I appreciate any replies and feedback.

  • From what I remember there is no way to check what you ask for.

      You can see what posts of yours have been thanked by going into your User CP > Profile > Statistics.

      It might be a good idea to familiarize yourself with the workings of the forum before going any further - I see you've already had a sig file warning and saw fit to start a thread about it in the main forum.

      Not clever.

      I would also lose that sarky-looking comment in your current sig file if I were you. This could be a great place for you to contribute, learn and prosper - if you choose to understand and respect the culture.

    He's welcome to keep the "Remember kids" line. He's going to stop centering the text on his posts, though. One way or another.

  • I can understand the desire to see which posts were thanked, but shouldn't you know which one's were more helpful when you wrote them? For instance, I don't expect to get any thanks for this post. If I do, I'm not too worried about it, haha.
