My TV is on right now and there is a match going on between Venus (her shouting is getting louder and louder) and Date-Krum in the second round. Tough match, with the score pretty close.

Any predictions on who will win the championship anyone?

Sounds like you're asking about the women's? Sharapova 3.8/1, Serena Williams 5/1, others outsiders, at the moment.

For the men's: Federer 2.1/1, Nadal 2.7/1, Djokovic 3.6/1, others outsiders. (The odds on Andy Murray are always greatly distorted because he gets "patriotic market support", just like England do when playing in the World Cup, and so on).

  The price on Bernard Tomic has shortened, this afternoon, very dramatically - from 1,000/1 to 190/1.
  
  "Bernard Who", you say? Yes indeed ... I also heard of him for the first time today. He's a totally unknown 18-year-old Australian of Croatian origin who just killed one of the world's top players in straight sets this afternoon, at Wimbledon.
  
  In another year or two (if not before) I think we might all have heard of him.

  Tomic won again today and is now in the quarter-final where he will play Djokovic. He's set to climb well inside the top 100 in the world rankings, from this performance, and his price is now down to about 60/1 or 65/1 to win the championship - a long way from being the 1,000/1 outsider he was last week.
