Interesting. There's a planet they found that is basically made of diamond, too - was that Pluto? I can't remember - but I'd sure like to have samples of that planet.

And I am sure you want a commentary on the link, right?

The way the *******s are loading our water down with toxins, they better find a source of some clean stuff they can mine pretty freaking soon.

  You'd think with all the technology available to us today, we would be able to purify ocean water, or even recycle our own urine in a cost effective manner.

  This concept could easily be adapted for large scale projects. One example may be to have something like huge irrigation ditches filled with saltwater, then covered in a similar method used with the Water Cone, with two fresh water trenches to each side to collect the distilled water.
