OFF TOPIC

I've been a lurker a while, but I just upgraded my membership and am going to be contributing more.

I'm an ex-newspaper person (7 years with Gannett) who has been on my own for about 6 years now. I run a few websites here and there.

I'm a copywriter, a poet, a journalist, and an "old school webmaster" - ie I know a little bit about a lot of different areas online.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself. Didn't want my first post to be something spammy. lol

  Yeah, get your post count up. People tend to get suspicious of people with low post counts around here. There has been a lot of spamming going on lately.
