How Do I Print Samples For 803 Fonts... Without Printing 803 Pages?

I have 803 fonts in my Windows Font folder. I know Windows Font Viewer will let you print out a smaple page for each one but that means printing 803 pages.

Does anyone know if there's any way to print them all in one go, with perhaps a 1 or 2 line sample for each?

Tommy.

The only thing I can think of is to pull each font up in a Word DOC and
type a line for each. You could copy and paste the first line down the
page and just change the font for each line, but that's still going to be
only about 60 lines per page and about 14 pages.

Not sure how else to pull this off.

Damn. Pressing print 803 times sounds easier!

Suppose you could delete/uninstall some of them that
        are only sometimes used ...
        eg.,

        Sumerian Comic Sans

        Rocking Jabberwocky Black

        Norwegian Blue

        Traditional Peruvian Simplified Script

        etc.,etc

In times of yore, having that many fonts installed used to
put a big hit on computer performance .... almost like
having a "kewl" 1Gb homemade wallpaper to boot up through.

How to install or remove a font in Windows

Now there's a good idea for a product. An app that reads all your fonts, then lets you pop up a page with samples of each by name. Keep it in the toolbar at the bottom, and pop it up over any app you want, whenever you want.

I'd pay $10 for that if someone went to the trouble to do it. Probably not that difficult, either.

Thomas, Google "print all fonts" and you'll find some apps that do what you're asking.
