What are Your New Years Resolutions?

For those that make them, what do you hope to accomplish in 2009?

[edit] I decided to make a list!
- Push the button on a finished project and launch it (Just launched a new site and new products for ecoverartist.com today so I'm one day ahead of schedule!)
- Get my book on Amazon.com (should happen any day now...)
- Double what I made in income this year
- Get in better shape
- Share the wealth (not just monetarily, mind you...)
- Build an amazing copywriting business!

What about you? Hopefully I'll be able to resurrect this thread on 12/31/09 so we can see how far we've come in a year

DOWNSIZE! Either pack the stuff up neatly and put it in storage or get rid of it! I hate feeling like I am drowning in stuff.

Another goal will be constant and never-ending improvement. (Tony Robbins stuff) Try to make little incremental improvements everyday to make a big impact.

I usually don't make any resolutions because I think you can make goals any day of the year and why wait till new years?

But I will make a few this year.
I have already started on at least an hour of exercise a day.

I had a huge loss that completely devastated me and left me feeling abandoned.

    1. So I want to completely get over that for good and find more meaning in life. Learn any lessons from it, move on, just accept it, and not be sad over it anymore. Find more to be happy about.

    2. Save up for a surgery that insurance doesn't cover.

    3. Keep up the exercising everyday.

    4. Get more writing done and use my time better to get more done.

Every year I always have the same resolution and that is it be a better person than I was the year before.

What I mean by that is to not steriotype people and actually get to know the person before you start labeling them this or that . To understand peoples problems better buy listening to them and then helping them out. To help out the less fortunate. To protect those around me the ones that I love, and the ones that I don't even know. I just want to be a good samaritan.

I think that's why I choose the career that I'm in.

Wow, I hadn't even thought about revising my goals for the new year. It's late now, but tomorrow I promise to write them out, create an action plan, and meditate on them. Ok, now that you got me thinking about it, let me see if I can at least write a rough draft.

    1. Give more
    2. Increase my profits by at least 5x
    3. Save more
    4. Become debt free (except for my student loan)
    5. Work from home full-time
    6. Fully recuperate and get back into shape
    7. Create residual income so I don't have to work so much

That's all I can think of, so far.

Well, the only one I would like to mention is to get my associate's degree in business. I was scheduled to graduate in February, but I failed my final two classes Now I have to retake them *sigh* I go to school online and it is not the easiest thing in the world. You're basically teaching yourself. Anyways, I only need 6 credits to graduate, so I'm hoping to do the retakes starting in February

Happy New Year! Few more hours to be bad here. It is is 9:14pm 3 more hours to do all the things one last time you resolved not to do.

Taking bets on how long resolutions last - and don't forget Santa is keeping track of his list starting now for next year.

My main goal is to release at least 20 free wordpress plugins this year.

I've just released my first one (which allows you to install multiple plugins at the same time, great for new blogs)

If you want to follow my progress, go to Improving The Web (Where you can also read my other new years resolutions)

    Happy new year!

I don't make new years resolutions, because I'll not keep them. However, I need to take loosing signifient weight more seriously. So, I need to excercise at least 30 minutes per day and watch my calorie intake. Another thing is to take control of my finances. Two must do's for this year.

This past year was my greatest ever! I resolve now to not work so hard, and play golf at least 5 times per week.

You just gave me an idea for a real easy resolution - give up golf. It bores me to tears.

Actually I resolve to drink too much, work too little, be a b*tch to everyone, spend my money unwisely.............

And when I break all of my resolutions, it won't make me feel one whit guilty or failing.
