In current scenario, FB is the leader in social networking just like Google in Search engine Industry. @ some point MYSpace used to be the leader but not anymore and more and more people are shifting to FB every other day.

i know guy who has 3000 friends on facebook but in reality only hangs out with 3.....so what's the point of building facebook personal profile...And even facebook it's not what it was in 2006.

I still use Facebook frequently but I can't stand seeing the status updates of people I have absolutely no interest in hearing what they are up to. So my rule is if I haven't talked to the person in over 6 months, then I remove them from my feed because I don't care what the kid who sat next to me in 9th grade Algebra has to say about the guy who just cut him off on the freeway.
