Amazon Gift Card Issue (Considering Legal Action)
I have been on the phone with Amazon on THREE separate calls, all they keep saying is sorry and we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days. They haven't contacted me back after this two day period, so I called them again. They basically transferred me to another guy as quick as humanly possible and this went on for two hours.
I don't know what to do now, you might say it's only a gift card, but it's more than that. I took the time to earn it, and I refuse to lie down and let the big guys win when I have all the proof on my side. My parents support the decision if I decide to take legal action, but I would prefer for it not to get to that.
Please help me out, what do I do next?
