10 Year Old Child Workout Prodigy

Is there any doubt this kid is going to be a household name someday? Absolutely amazing!!!

    That's completely awesome and inspiring to all of the kids nowadays that would rather stay inside and play video games rather than going out and running and playing like we used to back in my childhood. The only problem is if he starts to use weights. It's been proven that children working out with weights like you see those 8 year olds that are too ripped will be stunted in their growth. Even as a teenager, they shouldn't lift but moderate weights until they're at least 15 or 16, then heavier weights can be applied. Basically, after puberty has set in.

      Somehow, I don't that's going to a problem with this kid. Mentally and physically, he's way beyond his years. He doesn't seem to have any inclination to use weights, and considering the kind of results he's achieving without weights...if it ain't broke!

      I'm starting to lean in that direction myself - nfl. Because once he starts to fill out naturally, he's going to be an absolute beast!
