Thanks 1and1.co.uk For Losing Me £1000's and ruining my new years and holiday, F***kin C**ts Locking my account on new years eve.

Thanks for saying you will unlock it on friday then not doing it and then saying the deptaptment wont be open til monday.

Thanks for having an email address that's invalid,(info@1and1.co.uk doesnt work for me at all) and customer service reps who can't tell their ass from thier elbow.

Thanks for NOT having a number to reach them on from abroad and makiing this whole thing as hard for me as possible.

Thanks for ruining my new year and holiday 1and1.com, happy new year to you as well!!! (F***kers)

    I have never used them but I cannot understand your frustration.

    I only have time to do things on the weekends and holidays and that will make me more made than that.

    Im over it now, they do have customer service monkeys during weekends but they are bad at their job, well 8 out of 10.

    The number you call from abroad is only avilable monday - friday.

    I have posted my rant in a number of forums, and since they bang out of order, Im hoping they will lose £1000's as well. revenge is s dish served cold. I mean they didnt even send me an email to tell me they where gona do it.

    info@1and1.co.uk does work it's just they lock my email accout with them so I cant' email them from my email with them.

    This is well out of order and the above is only the overview of the story, they really made this one of the worse experiences I have EVER had with a company, damn.

    I can't complain.

    They gave me a FREE account for 3 years when they were first getting started.

    Never any downtime at all...BUT Cpanel has me spoiled and I didn't care much for their control panel.

    Other than that though...no complaints.

    Did you know you cannot speak to a supervisor at 1and1 and the only way you can put in complaints is by email?

    Google 1and1 complaints and you will see a load of people not get any response to their complaint, If this thread doesnt get deleted I will update you on the response I get.

    Did I mention this has cost me minimum $6000 and since I use rev share, there is no maximum, could be millions, we will never know.

    Did I mention the hours I have spent on holiday phoning them only to be told over and over to wait 2 hours and it would unlocked, starting on friday, only now I find out its a tech fault and they havent a clue when my account will be unlocked.

    Did I say they locked my account on new years eve as if to say "happy new year to me"

    Did I tell you they keep on hanging up on you for no reason, I never lost my temper or swore.

    did i say they will just say anything you want to hear and dont tell you the truth, yes mr soulsby check in 2-3 hours max it will definately be unlocked by then.

    I already told you 2 customer service monkeys guaranteed it would be unlocked and said they would make sure it was and undate by my other email (the one not at 1and1 cos they locked that) only to hear nothing, where you not just trying to get rid of me 1and1 service monkey? who knows?

    Oh yeah i already said you CANT talk to a supervor and can only give complaint by email right?

      1&1 were useless three years ago and I don't see why they should be any better today. Non-standard everything including the collation on their databases we found out to our dismay...

      I tell everybody not to use them, nor UK2.net or Fasthosts for the same reasons.

      I have a dedi server plus a reseller hosting account with HostNine - Web Hosting - Reseller Hosting - Dedicated Servers - 877-251-HOST and apart from a few glitches, they've been great and their support is good. I guess you'll find the one you like eventually - I always recommend Hostgator to my customers as they have good support and a great setup for newbies.

    That's all I wanted really, I can finally get on with my holiday!

    Man Im so happy now, just waiting on my account credit, it had better be big, ruining a holiday is out of order.
