If You Had More Money Than You Ever Needed

Hey Warriors,

I got kind of a weird question.

Someone just asked me:

If you had more money than you ever needed, what are the top three things you'd do with your time?
So, I thought to myself: GOOD QUESTION.

Clearly I'd live a bit more extravagantly... eat fine food... buy a few shiny things... all that good stuff.

But in reality...

Where would I be? What would I spend my time doing? All day every day? If I didn't "have to" do anything else?

I'll accept that maybe I'm boring... but I'd like to think I'd do most of the stuff I am already doing. (Except with a little bit more freedom.) "Exciting" things like read good books, study, watch TV and hang out with my friends and family.

Maybe I just need to get my gears turning. So what about you? Have you ever thought about it? (If so, I'm sure you've probably got a lot more exciting answer than me!)

Poof! No job. No need to work. No need for money.

What would you do? With your time?

Lay it on me if you care to share!

Thanks,

Marc

Make sure my family and I have nothing to worry about financially, invest the money elsewhere, and then I would give back. I'd have more time on my hands to do a lot of voluntary work. No lie that's what I would do!

Life would be pretty boring if you had more money than you ever needed. you get to have everything without much of a challenge.

Take a super long trip to Disney World!!! My wife and I just took our first cruise a few months back and are now hooked, so we'd do that too. My sister goes to Uganda once a year to help build schools and wells, so I would definitely like to devote a lot of time to that as well.

Thanks for your answers, guys and gals.

I see a real pattern. Family, charity, experience. And keeping at work, to help others and acquire knowledge.

I feel like maybe we're not so different after all. Cheers!

    Thanks again,

    Invest money into my company.
Possibly go back to school for becoming a therapist.
Plenty of relaxing, vacationing, spending time with friends and family, buying things, and having as much fun as possible.

ell, I KNOW how the world will go. The ONLY two questions are how far and how fast. So I would go to switzerland, and invest much of it in currency and later in gold

I would check to see if there is a nice island I could buy. I'd maybe buy a yacht.

I'd travel the world, at least western europe and various native english speaking countres, and ireland, etc....

First I would buy a top hat and monocle. (And maybe a cane.)

Like an artist who loves to paint, I am going to do what I love to do, especially since I won't be needing to work my tootsies off anymore.

      Play. ALL. DAY. LONG!

My inner child has been waiting all my life to come out and play.

I want to run on the beach, pilot a yacht, learn how to dive, run with my doggy, visit landmarks, fund my very own computer game like Gabe Newell...

Besides the usual stuff. (Wear a cape and waltz around in tights like a prince.)

    I wouldn't change a thing.

I'm at the point in my life where I'm very happy with what I have, family wise and material thing wise.

I've learned that money isn't real. It's not a video game and it doesn't really matter. The world will keep on spinning if you have money or if you don't. I came from a very poor background and have lived as a very poor person, so I appreciate everything a bit more then people who grew up having money or their parents had it so they never had to worry about it.

I would still try to help people make money online, it's very satisfying when someone finally succeeds.
