New Success Team - How?

I am venturing into Game creating but am not a natural nerd...Have software,e-books, videos,etc but as I said, not the natural talent! Have great ideas, and was considering creating a success team, but have had no success with posted ads.Wanting to create a reliable team,(locally, in Auckland New Zealand) and need to know all the ins and outs so I don't get ripped off,or someone runs off and uses my ideas, and makes the fame of of me...What do I do? How do I do it?

    maybe you should try to do it on your own first mate... then along the way, find a trust able business partner in your area.. and focus on marketing... maybe it help
