PM Waiting Time - A suggestion...
I realize the point of the PM time delay is to help crack down on spam - but for people who get lots of real PMs each day from current and prospective customers, it can be a bit annoying to wait 5 minutes between each one.
Just a suggestion - but would it be possible to remove that barrier if someone had XXX number of posts (like 100 or so). I think most spammers and scammers aren't going to go through the trouble of hitting that mark.
