Who is Mendoza and can I kill him??

I have just counted the number of emails I have received over the last six days (while I have been off line) with the subject line [Mendoza's Online Money making Tips] Remove me - 127!!!

I have no idea who Mendoza is, why people should be asking me to remove them nor why I should receive so many emails that aren't even addressed to me - they are all addressed to MoneyMakingProgram at appleincanada.com.

Has anybody any idea what this is all about and how to stop the flood?

    When you are done killing him the second time, could you please douse the remains with gas and light him on fire? Make sure you sever the head and take the heart and destroy it separately so he can't come back from wherever it is that email phishers go when they die. I had about 300 return mails very recently and it seems that this guy is a plague all by himself.

      I was just about to say this!!! How did you manage to read my mind, Thomas? Oh yeah, I forgot, you have those superpowers...

      There is a brilliant scene where Mendoza has orchestrated the death of McBain's partner, just 1 day before his retirement from the police force. McBain (played by Ranier Wolfcastle) clutches his dead partner's bullet-riddled body and shouts "M--e--n--d--o--z--a!!!!"

      I imagine those being currently spammed by Mendoza have a similar reaction.

      By the way, McBain is just a character in a movie, so he can't actually kill Mendoza for you. You need to ask Ranier Wolfcastle to do it...oh wait, he is also just a character in a TV show...you need to ask Arnold Schwarzenegger to do it...no wait...he is just a character playing a California Governor...now I'm all confused.
