Realistic full time online jobs?

Does anybody thats not a programmer actually work online full time?
I would love to be able to travel and work from wherever on my laptop and actually make a living (earning about $3000 per month reliably) and not working 16 hours or something a day online, is this something that is only realistic for the very small % of super advanced online marketers or the really technically gifted?

I'm new to im and am just getting my first wordpress sites set up. I love the passive income idea from niche sites etc, but don't see too many people living off them full time. I currently work 9-5 doing something unrelated.

My computer skills are somewhat limited, I can use microsoft office and stuff like that, but programming jobs etc are probably out of my league.
Looking for ideas, don't have to be internet marketing

    You can do anything YOU want to if you persist for long enough.
    I work part time and I reliably earn a reasonable amount of money. If I stepped it up to full time, I could earn $3k a month but for health reasons, it's impossible. I don't do IM as such. I am a writer...and a darned good one.

      My income is internet based

      I work a couple of hours a day, seven days a week, for about five months a year and i do not what a business plan is.

      I have recently diversified and now employ 5 computer operators, who work 24/7

      It is around sports investing, which many people around here consider a dirty word around here

      It is a living and a good one
