Think I'll turrn off the A4 at Beckhampton and go to Melksham via Devizes rather than Calne because I like their duck pond.

PS: I am also reading this book by Lee Child called 'Worth Dying For'

I read in the Sunday Times that there's a new type of Sat Nav available, for which Jeremy Clarkson's done all the voice-recording, if you get into trouble.

I can just imagine it: "Turn right, I said right: what's the matter with these people, and whose idea was it to buy this stupid little Japanese car in the first place?!" :p

A graphic novel. The Adventures of Tintin by Hergè. I reread it again due to the fact that it will be released as a movie soon. Been a fan of his graphic novels since I was a kid.

I am reading "A Walk to Remember" by Nicholas Spark. It is amazing romantic story in the book. There is a movie which has same name as titled here and it came from this story. There is really outstanding love story in it.

        LOL. Okay, well...

I just finished Cause Marketing. It's a great book by a friend who is THE expert in this niche. It's a Dummies brand book.

Haven't actually started the Mclaren yet. It's for a small group study.

And Jeff's novel I'm almost finished with. It really is a real page turner, errr. whatever the digital equivalent is. It's available for KindleKindle or Nook. The subtitle is An Ex-Urban Gothic Werewolf Mystery. Eeek!

      First congrats to your brother!

Next while one can't read 3 books at the same time (easily anyway ) Like you I try to have 3 books in rotation - a SF book (re-reading the Difference Engine now), a business book - (reading The Price of Everything: Solving the Mystery of Why We Pay What We Do. By Eduardo Porter now) and then something usually on current events (reading money and power - goldman sachs rules the world now).

Does anyone else keep a list of books to read? I have one and load my NookColor up with two or three to have something available all the time.

      best,
      --Jack

You bet! I have a text file list on my computer of books I want to read, then I have a second list in my online library account. That's the only way I can keep from forgetting the ones that are hard to find.

I am reading in it's entirety along with footnotes that are longer than the book,
'The New Testament, Recovery Version' by Witness Lee, (Watchman Nee), Translated by The Editorial Section of Living Stream Ministries .org (free hardcopy - bibles for america .com)

I read just a few pages a day so this will take some time to finish. it's best taken in small chunks as it is profound and pretty mindblowing (after reading several other versions cover to cover).

A Dance With Dragons - Book 5 of A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones series). It's larger than the rest, but I'm not looking forward to having no book to read after this one as I started the other 4 a month or two ago and always had another to look forward to until now. The second season doesn't start for awhile either. I may go through withdrawals. LOL

Succeed: How we can reach our goals, by Heidi Grant Halvorson. The book is absolutely phenomenal and it got a perfect rating on amazon. 5 out of 5 stars by 16 or so people. I bought the book awhile ago and I just refer to it whenever I need to reach a goal. The book is structured in such a simple and fun way that it can literally help you achieve any goal if you just alter your mindset and use some of the tips and strategies she discusses. It was well worth the $25, one of the best investments I ever made.

What book am I reading right now?

Well, I like to alternate between science fiction, fiction, non-fiction and instructional or motivational.

Right now, I am reading a SF by one of the masters, Robert A. Heinlein, The Cat Who Walks Through Walls.

      I read non-fiction. I can't remember the last fiction book I read.

May have been a Clive Cussler novel a while back.

I am currently reading "The War of Art by Steven Pressfield."

And to continue to keep me moving forward...
