    Well it does get 120 degrees F there in the dessert. Water would go real good with that.

    (but you may have called it as they have some of the best medical marijuana laws in the country).

    (also some of the best border enforcement - well, attempts - mostly thwarted by the Feds but it is the thought that counts when it comes to war, not.)
