Required Email Verfier Software

I have a thousands of my clients email since from 4 years but before send any emails i want to check whether they are valid. I have found some software like email verifier, fast email verifier but all are shows timeout at certain period of time. I know my ISP block SMTP 25, but is there any chance to verify all of my emails. Please advice. :confused:

    There is actually a routine built into unix to validate emails, but it s llost to history because SPAMMERS used it! You CAN validate domains. As for validating emails, there are only about 4 ways to do so, and only ONE is 100% reliable! Just send an email asking for a response.
