What's the Customer Service URl for SEO Beast?

I don't this a rant but rather an observation and statement of fact and a lesson that should be illustrative and valuable to anybody in IM:

This guy Prashant is, in my opinion, a perfect example of the way NOT to handle business. I cannot, for the life of me, understand why so many IM product creators make it so hard to find them when you need service or have a question. They're real good on marketing BS but don't support their product.

In this guy's instance, he's an example of a guy who writes pretty good marketing copy but doesn't follow it up with good service. He had a WSO several months ago that alluded to a particular benefit or aspect of his SEO beast program. In fact, it had a lot to do with the reason I bought it.

After I got the product and queried him about that missing part of it I never got a straight answer to my question. All I got was either marketing BS or no answer at all. And yet I see him coming out with products now and then which appear, on the surface, to be pretty good. I would definately think twice before buying anything from him again.

Just today I got an marketing email from him which appeared to ask a querstion....implying that anybody who answered that email would get a reply.

I replied and got an 'undeliverable' return message.

I don't care what his intentions were/are. He's either accessible to people or he isn't. When somebody claims to be a product seller, I think it's reasonable to have reasonable visibility and accessibility. He doesn't.

That's just my opinion. Like I said....his products seem to be pretty good. But his customer service isn't.
