Google Maps is playing tricks on me!
Try this to see if you get the same result I did:
1. Search for 3 Headland Park, Plymouth, UK
2. Go to Street View
3. Spin around to get to the Headland Park and North Hill intersection
4. Zoom in on the 2 people across the street on the corner
