I just want to know if that statement was true, just a curious question on how well are all of you doing. Any of you here want to share your lifestyle and health status here? I will start.

I am doing fine, exercise (cardio and weight) at least an hour or more daily and very wise in food decisions. How about you? Though am labelled as quite normal.

My exercise is an hour walk every day (walking the dogs) and I eat practically anything I lay my eyes on but I'm still slim.

I am very small boned so look skinny covered in clothes, but if I'm in a bathing suit or shorts you can tell I'm the right proportion for my frame - which is slim - not skinny. The difference being that I exercise so despite being slim I have some curvature where it's supposed to be.

I take my dog out every day - and a couple times a week I go rock hunting, which means bending, climbing, carrying and sometimes digging. Aerobic exercise is really a necessity - but so is using your muscles in a lot of different ways so they stay limber and toned, and sculpted.

Gotta say I think there may be some truth to that statement. However, with me I think I do work at the IM aspect of the business, just because I like the learning.
I love being outside and doing things, but I don't get out as much as I should.
I'm retired now and I wonder how in the heck I ever had time to go to work and spend 10-12 hours a day.
I don't get everything I set out to accomplish done. However, I don't let that stop me. I just do as much as I want and then quite.
The only reason I mention that is because I'm sure that I'm too soft on myself some days, but I think I deserve it. :>)

        James - Same here.

I'm slender and stay fit - but it's easy. There's only been one overweight person in my family ever that I've known about.

I eat what I want - but mostly I like healthy food anyway. I do have a thing for chocolate milkshakes but it's an occasional treat.

I'm retired now and I wonder how in the heck I ever had time to go to work and spend 10-12 hours a day.
That's funny but true. We do what we are accustomed to and when you have to work a job full time, raise kids and do all the running here and there...you do it. When you don't - you wonder how on earth you did all that stuff

I'm not a couch potato but I am self indulgent. If I want to finish a book I was reading last night - I do it. On a gorgeous day like today the dog and I walk farther and spend more time doing it. If something doesn't get done it will still be there to do tomorrow.

What I like is having a choice. I can choose to be little ms efficient or little ms couch potato depending on what I want to do on any given day. I like that freedom!

The poll doesn't prove Internet Marketers are coach potatoes nor does it prove coach potatoes are fat. Doesn't anyone see the disconnect?

It's due to the sedentary nature of Internet Marketing. Unless you have a treadmill or bike there with you at home, many are likely to blow off going to the gym and thus lead to a larger waistline.
